Herpa Wings presents the Lufthansa Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental in "100 Years" livery at 1:200 scale as item 574129, registered D-ABYN "Niedersachsen". The Queen of the Skies now wears Lufthansa's anniversary scheme with an oversized crane. The jumbo was painted in San Bernardino, California, and flew its first scheduled trip in the new colors from Frankfurt to Los Angeles on March 6. It joins the 787 and A350 already in the centenary fleet. This highly detailed plastic collector model is a showpiece at 1:200.
