JC Wings recreates the Singapore Airlines Airbus A340-500 at 1:200 scale in the airline's earlier livery with the old-style titles. Registration 9V-SGC belonged to the small fleet SIA used on its record-setting nonstop flights between Singapore and the United States, among the longest scheduled services ever operated. The long fuselage, four Rolls-Royce Trent 500 engines and the gold and blue tail with the Silverkris bird make this a fine tribute to one of the most ambitious chapters in long-haul airline history.
