Lt Col Tamela Scott served with the 161st Air Refueling Wing, Arizona Air National Guard, from 2008-2018 flying KC-135Rs. In 2018, Lt Col Scott moved to Milwaukee and started flying with the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard. Lt Col Scott flew KC-135Rs with the 128th ARW from 2018-2026 including missions with KC-135R 57-1514.
Tamela Scott is currently flying with United Airlines as a First Officer and has type ratings in the Boeing 737, 757, and 767 aircraft types. In 2019, Tamela had the rare opportunity to fly as First Officer with her father, Captain Randy DeMik, while both flying a 737 with United Airlines.
